Why cant I bench press heavy although I can do relatively heavy weights for arms, lats, shoulders and triceps?

You know, I had the same issue and I would say that it all comes down to form. My press was relatively inconsistent weight wise even though I was able to go relatively heavy in movements that required individual muscle groups. The reason for this was because they weren’t working in unison. My left wasn’t being helped by my right, my legs weren’t driving, I was using mostly triceps. It was very bad.
