Which one is better to build a bigger chest close grip bench press or wide grip?

Wide grip has more of an emphasis on outer pectorals while it’s been said that close grip has an emphasis on the inner pectorals. So, it depends on what you’re looking for from your workout. If you want something that’s going to make your chest appear wider the wide grip may work. If you want something that will make your chest appear fuller then the close grip is a good choice.
