So, the one deadlift grip you’ll probably hear called “the limitless grip” is the hook grip - this is what most lifters will consider to be the most effective deadlift grip. Why? Well, by interlocking your fingers together you can basically hold as much weight as you want. It also reduces the swaying that comes with the mixed grip.
