When finishing my barbell squat should I follow up with other variation of squat such as hack squat, kettlebell squat and such?

You know what’s funny? I actually tried this for a few months and found that I was literally destroying myself. (then again, I just didn’t need to and I was training for size) I would finish my back squats and move directly onto front squats and lunges. My knees would be killing me and I wouldn’t be able to really make any progress in weight on my back squat doing this(not to assume you were doing back squats). It’s up to you but I have to say that it was painful for me.
