This is the forte of both Elizabeth and Jimmie; they both have a love of strength and strength sports. But that’s neither here nor there. Powerlifting programs are very interesting because they tend to be math based, rather than have a focus on feel and flow of the body. Well that's not completely true, as an individual grows in their training and is on their way out of being considered a beginner and using beginner powerlifting programs and on their way to being considered an intermediate. 

The programs included in this list range from programs being used for advanced powerlifter, beginner powerlifters, and intermediate powerlifters. Let’s not just consider the programs being used for powerlifters, below you’ll also find programs suited to individuals who are focused on strongman, crossfit etc.
