These workouts are designed for individuals who would like to learn more about fitness in relation to bodybuilding, mass gain, cutting, strength and hypertrophy splits, etc. We had to place programs in this section that may have included a powerbuilding design (strength and hypertrophy split) because it’s not uncommon for individuals to want to build strength and work on their physique at the same time. Cutting and mass gain are included in this section as well, with the main reason being that individuals go through phases of gaining and losing during their lifetime as a bodybuilder (if that’s the route they choose to take) to get their desired size and physique.
Look below for programs that you feel will help you.
This is the forte of both Elizabeth and Jimmie; they both have a love of strength and strength sports. But that’s neither here nor there. Powerlifting programs are very interesting because they tend to be math based, rather than have a focus on feel and flow of the body. Well that's not completely true, as an individual grows in their training and is on their way out of being considered a beginner and using beginner powerlifting programs and on their way to being considered an intermediate.
The programs included in this list range from programs being used for advanced powerlifter, beginner powerlifters, and intermediate powerlifters. Let’s not just consider the programs being used for powerlifters, below you’ll also find programs suited to individuals who are focused on strongman, crossfit etc.
The fitness section of the program database is mainly centered around programs that are designed for pure balance. To balance out both strength, cardio, and general health. Depending on what you’re looking for from a program that’s centered around fitness, physique, longevity, etc. you will find what you need below. Make sure to take a close look at what you’re looking at though to make sure you know what it is that you’ll be getting.
