If your goal is gain muscle mass, that sounds like a good idea (if you have the correct nutrients and are able to get the right amount of sleep). If your goal is to get stronger you’re overdoing it. Your CNS is probably just shot bro. And believe me, this is coming from someone who just recently (about 3-4 months ago) got over a deadlift plateau that was caused by deadlifting near max weights 2x a week.
