Goal of the program/ Does it use RPE
The goal of the program is to develop deadlift strength - with a peak at the end. No it does not use RPE
Who’s it for?
Intermediate lifters.
How does the program work?
The program is centered around deadlifting once per week with high rep work with accessories at the end. It’s very straightforward - there is accessory work built in but for the most part, the routine consists of deadlifting to a top set and then a set of partial deadlifts (every other week).
Accessory movements
Not built in but you can add some additional back work.
