Deep Water Program for Powerlifting

The Deep Water program has been said to give lifters a philosophy (as well as a program) by which they should structure their training around. This program was created by Jon Anderson and is known for being relatively extreme. The purpose of this program is to develop work capacity rather than for peaking for a 1rm or anything similar.
