The Hepburn Powerbuilding program was designed by Doug Hepburn and consists of 2 phases, “Power” and “Pump”. The power phase was designed to help lifters develop their strength while the strength phase was simply designed to develop the muscles and subsequently strength. There’s an article that does a great job of explaining this program here. Doug Hepburn designed this program to run for a total of 8 weeks and it's designed for hypertrophy and strength development. If you're an advanced or intermediate lifter this may be the program for you.
How does the program work?
