This 6 week bench press program is designed for peaking (with the majority of the volume being completed at around 80-85% of a lifter’s 1rm). It end with a test of 2 singles at 105% of the lifters 1 rm. The 6 week russion bench press program runs for a total of....you guessed it 6 weeks.
