6 Week Russian Bench Press Peaking Program (3 Day) for Powerlifting

As the name suggests this is a bench program that's designed for strength realization at the end. This program runs for a totlal of 6 weeks and is designed for strength development and peaking. If you're an intermediate or advanced powerlifter this program may be for you.

How does the program work?

Lifters train the bench press 3 days per week for 6 weeks. Every week up until the last week there will be excess volume and on the last week lifters set records with their previous personal best while also setting a new pr (weight-wise) on bench.
