This is a 12 week peaking program designed for peaking and supertotal This program was designed by Next Level Strength and has 4 training days per week while going through phases that each work to get the lifter to build muscle, develop strength, and peak. This program, much like the other powerlifting programs featured on here, will target all of the main muscle groups - deads, squats, and bench will do that for you. It runs for a total of 12 weeks (in waves) and is designed for powerlifting, strength training, and peaking. If you’re an intermediate or beginner lifter this may be the program for you.
