This program was designed by a reddit user who goes by the name Kroamatik and is a 10 week program designed to be performed before a lifter gets ready to peak - as it is a peaking program. This program, much like it’s name suggests, runs for 10 week cycles. It’s primarily designed to develop strength and for powerlifting and is for intermediate powerlifters.
